Holy smokes…Thanksgiving is only a week away! When we think about Thanksgiving, we think about spending time with our families while cramming our faces with cream corn, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and TURKEY!


Most people just wing it when they carve a turkey, but the truth is that there is a proper way to crave a turkey correctly.

First, you will want to remove the legs from the turkey. Then remove the breasts in one piece by cutting along the keel bone. Next, slice the turkey across the grain to create the proper portions.
