That comes out to about 1.9 liters. Chances are if you checked your water intake you are falling short of that goal and you could be experiencing some of the negative health impacts listed below.
1 Your urine is a deep yellow.
The longer urine stays in your body, the deeper in color it will be. Your urine should be only slightly yellow or even clear. If you constantly have dark urine, you need to drink more water.
2 You are having difficulty concentrating or thinking clearly.
The brain needs water to function properly. If you are dehydrated, your brain will not work at its optimal level.
