According to the Associated Press, an immigrant from the Ukraine, Artur Samarin, was arrested this week on charges of identity theft and tampering with public records.
After Samarin’s visa expired, he took on a new identity and was posing as an 18-year-old high school student named “Asher Potts” at Harrisburg High School. The AP reported that he had his fake drivers license on him when he was arrested.
