Calluses and corns are very common are a pain in the foot – no pun intended. Calluses and corns are an overgrowth of skin caused by repeated friction from wearing shoes (for example).

There are many ointments and lotions you can purchase to ease the pain, but they have so many chemicals in them! If you’re like me, you like to keep things organic and healthy.

Home remedies are a cost effective way to treat minor ailments. Although they can sound a bit weird at times, these 8 home remedies below really work!

8 Apple Cider Vinegar and Castor Oil: Fill a basin with hot soapy water, and add a cup of apple cider vinegar. Soak your feet in the water for at least 15 minutes.

This should soften the calluses and you can file them with a pumice stone. For corns, dab some caster oil on after you do the foot soak. You should see a major improvement in your feet after 10 days of the treatment.

7 Vitamin E: Grab a vitamin E capsule and using a pin open the capsule. Rub the oil on your corn before bedtime.

Let the oil soak in for a few minutes and then put on some cotton socks. Repeat this every night until the corn disappears.
