When was the last time you weighed yourself? For me, it’s been years! As I get older and my life gets more complicated (kids, work, work, work, kids) I find it hard to get myself into the gym. All I want is to wear the same sized pants as I did in college…Is that too much to ask for?!

People often associated a more fine-toned body with lesser weight. But one fitness blogger is putting this theory to shame. Her post is going viral on social media and is truly an inspiration to women everywhere that are hard on themselves and their body.
