We all know that Red Bull is dangerous because of the amount of sugar and caffeine, but this story below blew our minds!

Dion Parratt began dieting because of weight issues at age 11. But to keep her energy up, Dion would drink the occasional Red Bull. One Red Bull turned into 2, which turned into 5! 7 years later she posted on Facebook what it has done to her body:

“I’m aware I look awful here but I thought long and hard about uploading it. This is what happens when you spend your childhood drinking energy drinks. I’m now stuck with wires and a massive box attached to me for hours. Before you drink them cheap energy drinks think about what your doing to your body. And to anyone who is a parent, don’t let your kids drink them they should be banned.”

Today, Dion suffers from serious heart problems and has to wear an ECG monitor around the clock. Dion has also had 2 miscarriages because of her dangerously low blood pressure due to drinking energy drinks.

Doctors warn that consuming 2 energy drinks per day can heighten your chances of permanent heart damage. The high caffeine content in the drinks raises your blood pressure, pulse, and activates your brain.
