Next prepare your pie ingredients. You will need 3 cups of pureed pumpkin, 1/4 cup of maple syrup, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/3 cup of either coconut or vanilla soy milk, depending on your allergy. You will also need 2 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
