Start with your ingredients for the crust. Use 6 tablespoons of EarthBalance Soy Free Buttery Spread, 1 1/2 cup of your favorite gluten free flour. I prefer tapioca flour. Don’t forget 5 tablespoons of cold coconut milk. For those who are allergic to coconuts, ice water can substituted.
