Whitney Meyer and Tomas Dean are a biracial couple living in Quincy, Illinois. The Caucasian mother and African-American father were expecting twin girls but were not necessarily expecting them to have very glaring and distinct features. The fraternal siblings are said to be one of the very rare biracial twin cases that usually occurs around one in 500 fraternal twins and about one in a million among all twins. This simply means the family hit the jackpot. Whitney was quoted telling KHOA “At first when they were born, I wanted to believe it, but it’s so rare I didn’t think it’d happen to my twins! But sure enough, they’re biracial twins!”
