A recent study proved that flossing your teeth is complete B.S. It’s not that flossing your teeth regularly is bad, it’s just that there is nothing to prove it makes any significant difference. In 2015, the Journal of Clinical Periodontology published that “the majority of available studies fail to demonstrate that flossing is generally effective in plaque removal.” But one of the most important things you can do is visiting your dentist every six months to get your teeth cleaned professionally.
