Bella, 11, suffers from morquio syndrome, a rare genetic disease which attacks her bones – there is no cure.

Bella can’t walk on her own, and was dependent on crutches or a wheelchair. That is until she met George, a service dog who helps her stay on her feet.

George helps Bella get from class to class on her own. When she gets to her desk, he gets some sleep…

Even at lunch, he’s right beneath her…

Bella and George are inseparable and love cuddling every night before they do it all over again the next day.
