Heart attacks are not only a huge concern all over the globe but especially concerning in the Unites States. The U.S holds the number one spot for death toll by heart attack so it is important that we all know the signs.

There are two factors that cause Americans to have a higher chance at a heart attack. The first being our diet and the second being high stress jobs and long work hours. Stress not only increases inflammation, but it can also trigger a heart attacks.

Leading a healthy lifestyle – which includes a less stress – is pivotal for protecting yourself from this deadly illness. However, knowing the key symptoms for a heart attack one month before it happens can play an important role in saving lives.


1 Body Weakness – One of the key symptoms to look out for is body weakness. When your arteries narrow, your body will feeel weak – this means less blood flow and circulation. This leads to weakened muscles that could cause you to fall more easily. This symptom is a big red flag, so be careful if you’re experiencing body weakness.
