We all have those days where nothing seems to go our way and sometimes it can be hard to get our of your bad mood or mindset. But, you can definitely turn your frown upside-down quickly if you can get your positive juices flowing. Here’s a few things you can do to begin making yourself feel better and get out of your bad mood and back on track for a happy day.
1. Take a few deep breaths.
Sometimes, just a few deep breaths is all you need to calm yourself down. Close your eyes and breathe in deep. Depending on your level on anxiety, count from one to thirty, to sixty, or even to a hundred. After you’ve calmed down a bit, you can then better assess the situation at hand.
